EDA Heartrate Variability Does not Work

I bought a new Sense 2 a couple of months ago and overall am really happy with it but I do find it frustrating that the HRV reading after the EDA scans rarely seem to work. Pretty much every time I get the unable to detect message telling me to keep still during the scan. I’m keeping totally still and the only other thing I could do is to stop breathing 🤷🏻‍:male_sign:

I don’t think it’s worked for the last twenty+ attempts at least. Anyone offer any advice as to what the issue might be?

@PeterH62 It's always been like that. You cannot do much else but be patient as it may take several attempts to get the readings. I have a similar experience with the HRV spot check with the EDA app. On both, Sense and Sense 2, the HRV reading works only sometimes.
