EDA scan doesn't update Fitbit app on Sense 2

EdA does not update the app, my alarms do not work on the device. Support for the fitbit is terrible. The people you speak with does not know what is supported for the device regarding apps. Extremely disappointing, I am returning the watch and going with another smart watch, the device, app and support are the worst I've seen all around.

Thanks for the details regarding the inconvenience with EDA scan.  I was notified that you already got in touch with support. Please, continue in contact with them to solve the inconvenience. 

On the other hand, could be possible to provide more information about the alarms? In the meantime:

  • Restart your device.
  • If you're still having this problem, you can try removing an re adding the alarm as well.
