Enabling alexa

Hi I just got my sense 2 the other day but now I am having trouble finding Alexa anyone know how to find and enable her? Thank you

If you are using the latest version of the app, tap the upper left corner (there may be a battery percentage there). The, tap on your device. You should see a box that says Amazon Alexa. Tap on that and follow the setup. You will need to log into your Amazon account during this setup.

You may want to check if Alexa is supported in your current country or location.

I would suggest you to check in Fitbit App -> Settings -> App Settings -> Location.

When you click on the circled section of the Fitbit app nothing happens (see image)?

Try force closing the app and restarting it. If that doesn't work, you may need to uninstall and reinstall.
