Exercise app immediately crashes on Sense 2

Whilst exercise I’ve noticed more than once it turns off the exercise mode and goes back to watch.   Very annoying As I have to keep restarting the exercise.

Any suggestions

My Sense 2 usually goes back to the watch face after a little of a mile running. I normally run 4 to 5 miles. It doesn’t pick up on the fact that I’m still running so I just have data for a little over a mile. I never had this problem with my previous 2 Fitbits.

Thanks for joining this thread and letting me know about your Sense 2. I'm sorry this is happening to you and just to confirm, may I know if the button was pressed accidentally during your run? Also have you tried restarting your watch? Please reply back with these details as this will help me to further investigate.

I don’t know if the button was pressed accidentally but it never happened on my previous 2 Fitbit watches. I have restarted my watch. I will let you know what happens the next time I run.

Does the exercise app still crash with the latest Sense 2 Firmware Update 1.184.52? The latest firmware should have fixed many bugs including laggy UI and memory leaks.

I restarted my Fitbit and the same thing happened. It stopped at 1.2 miles
