So now the exercises are not being recorded or showing up in the app. The time and steps are recorded in the total but not if you check the exercise tab. What is going on? I've restarted app and fitbit sense and still nothing all week.
I'm having the same issue! I only bought my fitbit a week ago and most days I have issues with the exercise part of the app. Which annoyingly is one of the reasons I bought it! It doesn't show my days of exercise at all, like it isn't loading. But it shows it on my watch?
Same! None of my workouts from this week have been recorded (even though I started and stopped them on my watch) and two from last week are missing. Weird that it can track my sleep but not my workouts.
I just did a chat to see if Fitbit could help with this. So far all suggestions have not helped. Suggestion is for others to also reach out in chat to let Fitbit know others have this issue and they can get this fixed.
