Hey all, the past few months my sense 2 battery seems to need to need charging more often. I did the update & now when I swipe or hit button on side the screen goes black & will not turn back on unless I put it on the charger (it is fully charged)
I have tried resetting several times & changed the clock face as I've seen suggested. Any other advice would be much appreciated!

Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to the screen turning black when pressing the side button of your Sense 2. I appreciate your efforts on trying to get this improved by resetting and changing the clock face.
Since you tried the steps already and report experiencing very specific behavior, I need additional information from you that would best be shared privately. I’m sharing a link to a form for you to fill out so we can look into this further.
