I wouldn’t recommend the Sense 2 to anyone. It’s extremely inaccurate and will stop randomly recording workouts. I’ve written Fitbit customer service about the inaccuracies which can be up to a mile if you run vs walk a measured distance, using GPS or even further if you bike the same distance. And it’s very frustrating, when it just stops mid-workout (example: I just finished rowing 5000 meters and Fitbit only recorded the first 16 minutes—I wish I was that fast!). The inaccuracies in exercise tracking makes me distrust the accuracy of all their metrics.
Customer service has never responded to my concerns. I don’t think they exist. Save your money and just buy a cheap watch if you just need the time or a different fitness watch, if you’d like to track your exercise.

Actually, Customer Service does exhist. You can even do a live chat with them at the bottom of the "Help" page. I usually suggest users use that method rather than email or calling.
