Since the day I purchased Sense2, it feels I have been fooled by Fitbit. They call it premium watch and there is nothing premium about it.
It's missing many smart watch features - google apps, call functionalities from phone etc. Was hoping that they would have WearOS on the device but forget about that, they even don't support 3rd party apps (that was present on Sense). Such a shame Fitbit.
Google merger has made you back in ice age, you should start calling this watch as "Fitness band" rather then "Smartwatch".
Guys invest on iWatch or Galaxy watch - Fitbit is not worth buying!!!

Couldn't you return it, so not really a waste of money?

It is a premium in the sense you paid a premium for it. It also has a fitbit premium for you to subscribe if you want enjoy all of its features. Very premium indeed.
This is fitbit Sense 2. It makes lots of sense.

What is so smart about the watch. Does it has features as in provided by Apple watch or Samsung Galaxy watch?

Very True. Its such a useless watch with so many issues as well as missing features. Fitbit's end is near!

I’m going to give it another 6 months and reevaluate. There has been several false advertisements from Fitbit, and the most alarming part is the deafening silence on communication from Fitbit/Google.
I’ve been with Fitbit since June 2018 so I’ve got big loyalty to them. I feel that loyalty is not being rewarded. I should have gone with either Garmin or Apple. Feel my next smartwatch upgrade won’t be a Fitbit.
