seems I wasted 300 $ for the version thar dropped all the cool features and none of the apps are available for this thing. I hope I'm just a newbie and don't know what I'm doing yet

nope... if you're looking for 3rd party apps, the Sense 2 doesn't support those... and it doesn't appear that there are any plans for that to change.   I'd say return the Sense 2 while you still can and get your money back to spend on something else.

Hi @sad_guy23 - as @thirstycat  says. Did you know Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds.

I was talking to customer support over the phone yesterday and they said they are working on it but it would take time.

I don't believe a word they say though because we've been begging since October for the features to be rolled out. 

Definitely return it, it could be another year before they decide to roll them out.
