Feedback about my new Sense 2

Just bought the fitbit sense 2, instead of making it better then the original sense, they made it worse.

No lap count during swimming activity

Google Wallet is not like Google Pay (many cards not supported)

No third party app support like Stsrbucks or Agenda for Sense 2

Very dissapointed

Hi @Nodat - did you know as you are in the window and unhappy with the watch Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide 14 to 30 day refunds.

It’s not easy to find a happy Sense 2 user around.

Fitbit has its rather unique definition of smart watch. Normally any user buying a smartwatch will be disappointed with a Sense 2.

A more interesting question is who will look forward to a Sense 3?

It's a no brainer, we are not asking fitbit to add new features to their
new products, just to keep the ones they already have and improve on other
things, it makes no sense.

I agree I absolutely hate my sense 2 and would definitely prefer the original sense. It's so ridiculous. My speaker also sounds blown and like crap to where I can't even understand Alexa. It's not even close to as useful as the OG sense. Wish I knew this before wasting money. Beyond disappointed and would not recommend this watch!
