Firmware shows updated on app. Screen is stuck on the watch "sync from the fitbit mobile app". I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app; turned the Bluetooth off and on several times; restarted my phone several times;restarted the watch several times one time I did get the flashing logo and the big red x; I even deleted the watch from the app and added it as a new device. Screen is still stuck even though the app shows it has been synced.

I have been having such problems with my Sense 2, particularly with sleep data being either incredibly inaccurate or simplified. This happened a few months ago and I tried doing all of the troubleshooting things that were advised and it finally got things back on track, but this time I’ve tried everything and no luck.
Customer service is almost nonexistent. Tried doing an online chat based on the hours they said they were available, but no one was available. Tried the Twitter/X route, but it just keeps looping me back to the same place. Many forums on the same topic have had comments disabled. Google is horrible and everything about Fitbit has gone downhill since Google took over. The only reason I bought another Fitbit was because I liked the sleep stats on it. Now that’s not even worth super frustrated because I’ve only had this particular one for a few months.

Same issue when I had a Charge 5. I was hoping switching to a new Sense 2 would be different. Firmware updates have now messed up two of my watches. I thought fitbit had better customer service prior to Google taking over.

Well ended up doing a warranty return. Hope the replacement lasts longer.

I charged my watch to 100% when I went to sleep last night. I woke and it's 58%. That's CRAZY
