Hi,
Can someone help me with my Fitbit problem.
It’s just a year old & it won’t start. Is not even pair with my phone

Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to your Sense 2 showing a red X, I understand how you can feel, I'll do my best to help you.
I recommend you to check if your Sense 2 is updated, you can check this article to know how to do so. Once you do so, do the following:
- From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap Devices .
- Choose Sense 2.
- Tap Sync Now Sync.
