When I click on my app for Exercise it looks like it is going to load but then the screen goes blank.
I have reset the watch several times by holding the button for 10 sec til the Fitbit logo appears. Still nothing.
I had to reset it today due to the time was off by 10 min. After the reset time was fixed but not the exercise.
Help please!

I understand the situation you have with your Sense 2 not successfully opening the exercise app. I'll do my best to help you with this.
I appreciate your attempt on restarting the Sense 2 to improve the situation, as a following step I recommend you to delete your Sense 2 and sync it once again, after that change the clock face.
