Sense 2 is not recording data

For over a week now my Sense 2 hasn't recorded sleep or any other data. Why not?

Thanks for letting me know about this situation in regards to your Sense 2 not recording any data, I understand how you can feel, I'll do my best to help you with this.

I recommend you to check you're wearing your Sense 2 correctly and restart it too. Also, force quit the Fitbit app from your phone's settings, then reopen it, check your Bluetooth connection and force a sync.
