FitBit Sense 2 Swimming Lengths

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Having recently bought the Sense 2. I was very frustrated and disheartened that the watch itself only shows the time during swims. I currently aim to achieve 2km / 80 lengths. Hoped this new device would show lengths complete or even be able to set such a "goal".

But so far I have not seen any such way to do so.

@CraigoGrehan Unfortunately, if you need watch for swim tracking then you chose the worst possible option. See this thread on Charge 5 forum (same problem, only timer displayed) about alternatives for swimmers. Fitbit isn't designed for swimmers. It has swim tracking as an activity but it's designed without any understanding what swimmers really need to track.

I don't necessarily think of myself as a "Swimmer". Not really interested in strides etc. More so just lengths I'm currently on while swimming would be handy.

@CraigoGrehan if you want to continue using Fitbit then the only option for you is an original Sense. It's the only one still being sold that shows lap count on the screen while swimming. I guess when Fitbit discontinue Sense this feature will be gone for good (don't have hopes it will improve, even Pixel Watch doesn't have it).
