FitBit Sense 2 stuck on download screen

Hi,

I have a fitbit sense 2 - and just recently switched to iphone 15, I now can't get them to sync, my watch is stuck on fitbit logo with an arrow, telling me to download app, in loads of foreign languages.I have been through all the troubleshooting with the fitbit chat team, they advised to send of for repair, a new screen turned up yesterday but still no change.

I have tried everything, re-booting, uninstalling app I don't know what else to do, fitbit chat said I could send if back to them again but I have a feeling it will just be same,

any ideas please,

Sad to hear that you're having an issue with your sense 2.
Regarding waht you've mentioned above, I'd suggest letting the battery drain until your device will shut off as a final attempt to start from scratch. Then please give it a full charge before starting all over. Please note that charging this time most probably will take noticeably longer as your device's battery is deep discharged this time.

I'm having the same problem with the Sense. Were you able to fix your Sense 2 ??
