I brought a sence 2 last year had nothing but problems for the past 5 months been trying to resolve why it keeps turning on and off and stays on the screen still having problems now getting a replacement I will never use fitbit again waste of money and because I don't have a printer I can't get a replacement absolutely disgusting

Best AnswerHi @SunsetRunner do you have a library? You should be able to go to the library and access your email to print the label. Some print and copy centers might have the same ability.

@SunsetRunner , A warm welcome to the Community Thank you for your message. What do you need to print? The return label?
If so, you could visit the mailing service office and ask them if they could print it for your, showing the information from your phone/tablet. Mostly they are helpful with that.
