How bad are FitBit customer service? I have been trying to get an order either dispatched or cancelled for 4 days now and no one can do anything - Just keep saying someone from the higher team will contact me. Meanwhile, I have no strap and am £50 down. The order was a replacement strap that I returned on 20th December so it has been going on for some time.
Seriously, can't the customer service team do anything?
I am not getting anywhere by talking to them and I am so frustrated!
