I already said this once but I'll say it again. I have multiple Sense 2 Fitbits and when the last update came out I installed it and after I did, my FitFace watch faces no longer worked properly. I contacted the FitFace developer and was told it was a problem with Fitbit. I got NO satisfaction from Google/Fitbit with regard to this problem so I went back to using a different Fitbit Sense 2 with an older firmware version and have had no problems with my FitFace watch faces so I'm stuck not being able to update to the latest firmware for my Sense 2 because no one will look into this problem and I've spent quite a bit of money purchasing FitFace watch faces. This is VERY VERY disappointing. I've used Fitbits for years and the lack of caring on their part makes it hard to want to continue with them.
