Hello!

I have a permenant Red Dot1 on my Fitbit app.. I cannot find a reason for it, any ideas, please?

Hello @Enfield250!  It’s nice to see you around!

When a red dot appears in your Fitbit App, it usually indicates that you have a message or notification. To check this, please tap the message icon in the top right corner of your app, next to your profile picture or the gear icon. 

If you haven't received any notifications and the dot remains, please follow the steps below: 

  1. Go to your phone settings
  2. Tap in Apps
  3. Search Fitbit 
  4. Clear caché

Once you have followed these steps, please check if the red dot still appears.
