My ECG is now missing from my sense watch and from the app it is nowhere to be found . Any ideas was this the recent update ? I updated tonight and it did not come back on I just used it a few days ago. This is disappeared before like this it's very frustrating because this is the one thing on this watch that I bought it for.

Thank you for providing the details regarding the difficulty with your Sense 2. 

I suggest you try clearing your phone's cache and then go to the Fitbit app and perform the following troubleshooting steps:

  • Log out from the Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  • Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  • Check if the issue is still happening.
