Fitbit App not syncing with my Sense 2

My Fitbit app is no longer syncing with my Fitbit. Bluetooth is switched on but nothing is happening. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app but still nothing.

Any ideas as to what I can do?

I am having the same problem.  Turned off bluetooth and back on and it won't pair with device,  I did a system reset and still won't pair or sync.  I LOVE my sense 2 fitbit, but I'm about to lose my s**t.  It was synced for a day and now it won't sync again.  If you hear anything, please share!

Have you checked if you can update the Fitbit app?
