Fitbit App sync issue with Sense 2 mood logging, sleeping score

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Sense 2 watch indicates a body response and prompts to enter my mood but once done it doesn't appear in the Fitbit App -> Stress Management. There (Stress Management tile)  I still got unacknowledged prompts to log my mood, which I just did. Manual sync-ing doesn't solve the issue of unsaved mood logs.

Update:

the issue is still topical. It doesn't affect just mood logging but also sleep score and weather data. It seems the watch isn't syncing correctly. Sometimes it shows all the missing data on the watch after charging it, forcefully manually syncing it repeatedly through the app or simply shutting it down and turning it back on. The app shows the sleeping score, mood logging seems to miss some entries which it entered through the watch.

Forgetting and adding my Sense 2 again to the app doesn't solve the issue.

I am using:

Android 13 Pixel 6 Pro

Fitbit Sense 2

Since the new fitbit app update my sense 2 doesn't sync with the app. On the watch I can see a tracking line of the heart rate, but the app won't show it. Back to my old Inspire HR and normally it would synch with the app right away. Now just this morning it started to sync with the app again. (But all information of the evening / night is gone) Fitbit really has to fix the app, because switching back to my new sense 2 it still won't sync. I tried everything on this forum, it still won't sync. Hope you did find a resolution?
