I am writing to follow up on my request for a replacement Fitbit Sense 2,
It has now been 50 days since I submitted my request, and I have not yet received a replacement device or any updates on the status of my request. I am quite disappointed with this long delay.
I kindly request that you expedite my replacement request and provide me with an update on the status as soon as possible.
