Can anyone help please?
My fitbit Sense 2 is failing to make a Bluetooth connection to my Samsung tablet.
- e.g. in the app my watch won't sync
- on the tablet if I go to Bluetooth connections the Sense 2 doesn't show up even when I scan for available devices
- the watch does connect to my Samsung phone, so I assume that the watch is functioning okay
- there must be an intermittent connection as my step count does get updated in the app
- I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app
- I have done a factory reset of the watch

Please make sure your Samsung tablet is running Android 10 or higher to be fully compatible with the latest version of the Fitbit app.
