Purchased back in May 2023 so not in warranty (I think)
The one metal plate on the back has come off, I don't know where or how. Can I get this fixed anywhere? (By a professional, happy to pay)
Or am I just going to have to cut my losses and get a new one

I appreciate your message and the image sent, and I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Sense 2 is broken.
I understand your feelings about this situation. Unfortunately, Fitbit doesn't have repair centers in order to get this fixed.
May I suggest you to contact support, since they have more tools in order to find your options ? What can we help with?
