Adjust Stress Management Tolerance

I'd like a way to adjust the tolerance of when a Body Response Notification is activated. In general, I love the idea of getting a reminder to reflect, breath, and calm down, and I don't want to turn that off. However, everyday this week I've been getting these notifications once or twice an hour, and it really hasn't been a stressful week at all.

It would be nice to adjust the sensitivity of it up or down, or re-calibrate it when it starts feeling off.

Perhaps I'm more stressed than I realize, which is totally possible, or I'm inadvertently doing something to trigger it? Either way, with how often it's notifying me, I'm finding it more annoying than helpful at the moment.
