My son's fitbit sense-2 is having problems. After a recent software upgrade, screen is always black, but the device is asking my mobile phone to pair is . But I can not pair as the 4 digit code displayed on the fitbit is not visible .
I believe it might be that the software upgrade was interrupted in the middle and something happened to the display driver?
Questions
1] Any way to factory reset this sense-2 by switch-combinations etc?
2] How can I talk to fitbit directly to get support?
