My fitbit is froze on the logo screen. I have restarted, which didn't clear the problem. I let the fitbit battery die and then charged it again. Still no luck. I tried to contact costumer support and received an error doing that as well. I have removed the app, restarted my phone and re-download the app. I'm at a loss on how to fit this. Please help
