Fluctuating/ temperamental heart rate using Sense 2

Good morning, I find that my Fitbit sent to is very temperamental. I can be on my spin bike for 20 minutes going at a good pace. My heart rate will be going from 130 down to 97 and jumping in increments of 10 at times it’s all over the place and very frustrating please help?

Thanks for letting me know about your situation of the heart rate tracked by your Sense 2.

I recommend you to check this article to know the factors that can affect the heart rate tracking, also, restart your Sense 2 before using it once again and let me know how it goes once you have done these two things.
