My sense 2 started flashing red cross for a few days randomly I tried contacting them but as usual it's impossible, now I have no numbers again trying to contact them IMPOSSIBLE I'm virging on loosing the plot, since getting a new pebble off them I've had nothing but problems it's never worked properly. I hate the thing worst decision changing from my last watch. They've gave me a defective item and you can never contact them to sort problems I'm bloody sick of it now how do I get refunded, it's broke more than it works.

So how does one find instructions about general use of this Fitbit Sense 2? I just want to know how to access updates, how to use certain things like hours of last night's sleep, steps taken, and all I get is question/answer stuff. I appreciate that info, but I need a generalized instruction manual. My apology for sounding so stupif!
