Fitbit Sense 2 is not syncing

Today my fitbit stopped syncing with my phone. Ive turned on/off Bluetooth, restarted my phone, opened fitbit app and nothing seems to make it connect to the phone.

I really dont want to lose my stats, which restarting the watch will do. But think that might be the next step?

Hello @WonderlyFull, welcome to the Fitbit Community!

I perfectly understand how frustrating this can be, and I greatly appreciate the steps you have already taken.

Based on what you've mentioned, I recommend performing a new setup of your device. This might sound a bit confusing, but please note that this process will not remove or cause you to lose any data.

Below are the steps to follow:

    • Verify that the app does not have any pending updates.
    • From the app, tap on the icon of a watch and a mobile phone located at the top.
    • Tap on the option "Add New Devices".
    • Select the Fitbit device you want to set up from the list presented.
    • Tap on the option "Replace with New Versa 4".
    • Follow the instructions that appear on the screen.

Please note that it is not necessary to remove your device prior to performing this process.
