Fitbit Sense 2 isn't syncing

I've done everything. It won't sync. Something is really wrong. I've tried 15 times. Then when I try to sync it shuts my watch off. Then it auto switched my watch face to something I don't have. It just did that on its own.

I perfectly understand how frustrating this can be, and I greatly appreciate the steps you've taken so far.

Considering what you've mentioned, I'd like to confirm if you have performed a new setup of your devices. This might seem a bit confusing, but below I'll share the list of steps to follow:

  • Verify that the app doesn't have any pending updates.
  • From the app, tap on the watch and mobile icon located at the top of the app.
  • Tap on the "Add more devices" option.
  • Tap on the "Replace with new Sense 2" option.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions.

Please keep in mind that it's not necessary to delete your device before executing this process. Also, make sure to have your Wi-Fi password handy, as it will be required to perform the update again.
