@Hbyh2003- historical data won't have been recovered.
If you have no Sleep or heart rate in the Fitbit App, the watch may have a fault and/or syncing isn't working.

Hi @bsarge - make sure your watch is syncing properly, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync? first.
Those elements are related to Heart rate which must appear in the Fitbit App. It might not if you have tattoos or the watch has a fault.
Also make sure you meet the conditions listed for using the watch which explains more. Conditions exist for Sleep etc. too.
