Sense 2 not holding charge

I year warranty expired November 2024. For the last month fitbit sense has not been holding charge- watch face is also distorted.  Very frustrated as this is my third sense. The screen came off twice on the first two sense I bought.  I assumed the sense 2 would be improved, but just after the warranty period , the sense 2 has essentially died., and is not holding the charge.  Fitbit is offering 35% discount.  I think the sense is designed to just last 1 year at best.  Fit bit must be receiving complaints.  And they are crooks for knowing the product is bad.

Funnily enough I'm going through the same thing, except I'm in Europe where the warranty is 2 years. But I'm also about a month out of warranty and it stops working. Coincidence?

I wouldn't be here if that had worked.

The 'support' team didn't do anything as I'd already done what is in that link.

At this point it appears to be an equivalent to a scam.
