My Fitbit sense 2 is locked into an exercise mode and will not go back to home setting of time/date.  How do I get back to home setting?

Hello @Solo1227 and welcome to the Community.  What exercise mode are you locked in?  If you are using swim, you press the button once to unlock the water lock.  If it's a different exercise, can you swipe up on the tiny "^" at the bottom of the screen or is your device completely frozen?

Tapping the button once, (twice if in swim mode) will also scroll the display up.

My Sense 2 is locked in the start exercise mode and will not let me swipe up, down or sideways and is frozen .

Any advise on how to get it unfrozen?
