My Fitbit is not charging due to issue in the charging cable. How can I get it replaced from the company? I bought it 10 days ago

here are the support contacts I've gleaned over the years on the forums.

when there is someone available, chat is an option. Phone or X/Twitter works well, too.

Hello, @dr_shivanshu Welcome to the community! And thanks @Odyssey13 for the information provided.

Thank you for letting me know about this situation with the battery for your Sense 2, could you complete these steps and answer the following questions, please? They must be completed in the order they are listed here:

- Does the Fitbit vibrates when connected to the charged?
- Does the green light on the back of the Sense 2 are turned on? (The green LED)
- Do a restart by performing the steps listed in this article, be sure to check the procedure for Versa 3.
- After this, check and complete the steps in this article.

Let me know how the situation goes, thanks for your efforts!
