Fitbit Sense 2 not scrolling

I am so disappointed with my Sense 2, it is the worse FitBit out of the 4 that I have had. The latest thing that is not working is that when I try to swipe / scroll left and right nothing happens. In addition since I bought it a high proportion of the time the weather does not show and I get the message that a sync is needed. I have tried restarting it but it has made no difference.

Hi @cuthbert1998 - the watch can freeze and a restart can solve it.

If double tapping or a button press allows scrolling, pull down on the watch face to get to Quick Settings and turn off all the icons. In Always On mode the display may not respond to scrolling.

The V4 Fitbit App can often lose connection with the watch in which case Weather and notifications won't work until the issue is resolved.

You may have to toggle Bluetooth on the phone or even logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it before restarting the phone and watch to get it to sync again.

Have already tried a restart and this does not help, if I had to restart every time it happens I wouldn't get anything else done. I am truly disappointed with this version of Fitbit and I shouldn't have to be having to resolve issues with it, messing about with restarts, toggling bluetooth, clearing cache, surely these are things that Google / FitBit should have sorted before releasing this version on to the market. Next time I need a replacement I will not be looking at FitBit, but thank you for your help.
