Fitbit Sense 2 watch face detatched

My Fitbit Sense watch face detached from the watch and will not go back in/stay in place. 

It is still attached on the inside by a black band and the display is still working. 
Has anyone else had this happen? Anytime I try to reach Customer Support online I get in the endless loop of answering the same questions. 
Please help
