Fitbit Sense 2 watch face detatched

My Fitbit Sense watch face detached from the watch and will not go back in/stay in place. 

It is still attached on the inside by a black band and the display is still working. 
Has anyone else had this happen? Anytime I try to reach Customer Support online I get in the endless loop of answering the same questions. 
Please help

I was able to connect through chat. Was told that since my Fitbit Sense went out 7 months out of warranty, all they could do was give ne a coupon code for 35% off buying a new one.

Since this one only lasted a a year and seven months, I think I’ll be checking out some other brands. My fitbit didn’t even get heavy use!

I'm truly sorry the resolution wasn't what you were expecting.

Your frustration about this issue is understandable, and I hope you understand we have to stick to our warranty policies. You can still use your discount if you'd like to stay with the Fitbit family.
