My Sense 2 is 14 months old. The screen is blank. It will not start it will not sync. I have followed the recommended actions. Many times. Hold button for 10 to 30 seconds. Hold button for 10 to 30 seconds while charging. Attach and detach charger 3 times in 8 seconds etc while holding button. The Sense 2 will vibrate when expected but does not reset. Is there anything else to try before I look for a receipt showing it is still within warranty. 14 months is not a long time for a watch to last before packing up.

I am suffering from the exact same problem and I note that I can see several different instances of Sense 2 owners reporting this sudden failure after 14 or 15 months. This really feels like a built-in problem Fitbit should be doing something about.

Similar issue after the app updated last night. Now sometimes the correct face appears, sometimes black, but impossible to get it out of the start up loop. Google owns Fitbit, wonder if they want us all to buy new watches. I do have a Google Pixel watch which I can switch to and will till a new update comes out that fixes this problem.

I have the same problem and my sense 2 is 19 months old but I read that the warranty is 1 year. I got it to work after I Uninstalled the fitbit app and reinstalled but the next day it stopped working again. Very dissapointed.
