The faceplate of my Sense just came unglued amd popped off. Fitbit is not standing behind it. They wanted to offer me 35% off a new one. Why would I buy a new one if the last one didn't last? Has anyone successfully repaired it? Seems like it might be an ongoing problem. At this point, I will never buy a fitbit again.

Hi @KP0602 - if you are outside warranty and the watch is still working you can glue it back on, or maybe a phone repair shop will do it for you.
