Fitbit Sense not recording Active Zone Minutes or Sleep

My Fitbit sense is recording distance, steps, stairs and heartrate but its not recording sleep or active zone minutes.  I have tried to restart it 4x and nothing seems to have changed.  I have gone through all the app settings one by one to see if I toggled something to turn it off - but it all seems fine.  The wrist strap is secure.

Super frustrating... can someone help?
