Fitbit Sense2

I got a Fitbit sense 2 as a Xmas gift. I previously owned a Fitbit versa with no issues. At only a week of wearing I noticed scratches around the face on the lighter colored trim part. I made contact with Fitbit 3 times before getting the reply back that scratches are not under warranty. I am so annoyed because only a month and a bit since I got my watch, the scratching around the face continues. I am not doing anything to my watch for this to happen I work in an office and usually have a long sleeve covering it. I feel totally ripped off, very poor customer service as well. Has anyone else noticed a lot of scratching around the face of their Fitbit sense2? I really think this is a defective product. So pissed!!

Hi @SusanDesRoche7 - have a look elsewhere on this forum for others with this same problem.

Did you know if you are unhappy with the watch Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy or possibly authorised dealers too, some stores provide  refunds.

Thanks, so it doesn’t matter if it is scratched? Will the store still take it back?

@SusanDesRoche7- look at the other issues reported where there has been a resolution and negotiate. As this is a recognised production fault some may have been replaced.
