Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Just to confirm, does this happen when reinstalling other apps? If not, may I know the model of your phone? In the meantime, let me recommend trying the following steps:
Best AnswerI am also having this problem. Upgraded from Sense to Sense 2 and now choosing the EGC app in the discover section results in a blank white screen. This happens even after reinstalling the Fitbit app, and rebooting my android phone.

@LizzyFitbit this is a known issue for Samsung. Maybe it should be sert as a pinned post for Samsung users?
