Welcome to the Community, @kjn333.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Just to confirm, does this happen when reinstalling other apps? If not, may I know the model of your phone? In the meantime, let me recommend trying the following steps:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Check if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version.
  3. Reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  5. Pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  6. Then try reinstalling the ECG app and let me know how it goes.

I am also having this problem. Upgraded from Sense to Sense 2 and now choosing the EGC app in the discover section results in a blank white screen. This happens even after reinstalling the Fitbit app, and rebooting my android phone.

Please advise

I am having Samsung S22 ultra. I am having the same issue when I try to install any new app into sense 2 from my fit bit app.. I am greeted with a blank white screen.

@ArunBalasubrama Samsung is blocking access to downloads, gallery clock faces..-.

Try these steps in "Phone Settings" :

  •   Connections → More Connections  → VPN If any VPN is listed, remove it, or set it to "none"
  • Connections → More Connections  → Private DNS Set it to "Automatic", or "None"

@LizzyFitbit this is a known issue for Samsung. Maybe it should be sert as a pinned post for Samsung users?
