Fitbit app will not sync automatically with Sense 2

Having trouble getting the Fitbit app to sync automatically with my Sense 2. I have an iPhone 15. Have uninstalled and reinstalled the Fitbit app and still same issue.

Please try to restart your Sense 2.

I’m way past that stage. But thanks for the suggestion. I believe it’s the Fitbit app itself which I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled without any success.

Data automatically syncs to the Fitbit app throughout the day. Each time you open the Fitbit app, your device should sync automatically when it's nearby.

You can try to sync your Sense 2 this way too:

  1. With your device nearby, open the Fitbit app and tap the Today tab.
  2. Tap and hold on the screen and pull down.

Or:

  1. From the Today tab > tap Devices > then your Sense 2 image.
  2. Tap Sync Now.

I do not have a Charge 6. I have a Sense 2.
