Fitbit band affecting stats

How snugly should I wear the band? I ask because I notice that unless it’s tight, my sleep score is low and seems to shave off an hour from my start time (even when I slept well). Same thing when I workout (biking). Unless the band is tight, the zone minutes trend lower. Anybody else experience this?

Zone minutes depend on HR and you mentioned biking - I'm almost sure your HR is more than incorrect for it. For me, it was like a random number generator.
