Sense 2 not restarting

I do stretching in 30 second intervals. When one is done I try to push reset and start new 30 seconds but it won't reset . I have cleaned the watch and it still won't work.

In light of the situation you presented, I would advise you to see if there has been any update pending on your Sense 2. Considering that we recently launched a new Firmware update, this might be possible.
