Sense 2 getting trying to connect issue

I am trying to connect my sense 2 to my phone I am getting trying to connect issue which is frustrating me a lot.. I am using  4.04 version  application in my phone can anyone tell me the solution for the same,it happened for couple of guys as well...

I've been informed that you were able to get in touch with the Customer Support team for further assistance with this. In this case, they will let you know how to proceed.
