My senses is working but my screen has disappeared and all I have is a thin green horizontal line

Oh dear, @sharongraysonsh ! There are a couple of things you can try to fix this. The first recommendation I have is to give your Sense 2 a restart. You can do this by pressing and holding the button on the Sense 2 for about 10 seconds (sometimes it can take a little longer). When your Fitbit restarts you should feel a small vibration and see the Fitbit logo. However, if the restart does not fix the screen issue, you may not see the logo.
If the restart does not solve the issue, please try changing the clock face. You do this in your app. From the opening screen click on the small icon top left (smartphone and watch). On the next screen click on the picture of your Fitbit device. On the device screen choose Gallery then Clocks. Choose any different clock face and be sure to sync your Fitbit.
If changing the clock face solves your issue then you can safely return to your previously chosen clock face if you prefer - or you may like to try out a different one.
